I'm a civil engineer with construction management expertise. Having spent years in the federal construction industry and working with some of the most valuable and best general contractors the 8a program has ever produced, I've taken the initiative to start offering all of my knowledge, experience, and the superior process larger projects receive, but on the smaller scale our government assigns work to.
